The SMOK RPM40 Kit (Canada) is the first of its kind, introducing a pod system with box mod resemblance that integrates a 1500mAh battery, advanced intelligence IQ-R Chipset, and 4mL maximum capacity with RPM Coils & NORD Coil compatibility.

The SMOK RPM 40 Pod Mod Kit is made of a glossy finish and characteristic material with cuboid shapes, adopts the internal IQ-R chip shortening the firing time to 0.001S and a 0.96-inch screen to clearly show the detailed vaping data, such as wattage, resistance, voltage, screen colour, puff number, and battery level.

Coil life

In my experience, the device itself is fantastic. I was honestly surprised at how much oomf such a small device could have, with this being said though, it does have a downside. While there is the option of the RBA coil, I don't always want to take the time needed to build and wick a coil. The coil life for the options available, at least in my experience, is horrible. I've tried the nord ones and a handful of the various rpm coils, but they burn out incredibly fast for me even while vaping on a low wattage. I've tried all kinds of juices, different wattages, and yet it consistently burns coils within hours even while just casually vaping. And yes, I always prime them first.

Good unit

Excellent device. On the RPM tank, I shaft the usual nicotine, on the Nord-salt. Enough for a day in principle on 25 watts. Charges quickly, taste good.
