The Squid Industries Double Barrel V4 (Canada) is a 200W Box Mod and is the new rendition of the popular Double Barrel V3 mod, combines exciting updates with the simple but powerful features of the original Double Barrel.

The Squid Industries Double Barrel V4 Box Mod now also has a power output from 5 to 200W. The Double Barrel is controlled by a single multi-function, tactile firing button coupled with a surrounding dial for wattage adjustment. The advanced chipset of the Double Barrel 4.0 allows for steady voltage output with Reverse Polarity Protection, Overheat Protection, and Short Circuit Protection.

Battery door

The battery door broke after 3 days

Terrible Reliability

The first one wouldn't at around 1200 puffs for no reason, got a replacement, same issues at 1500 puffs.

Perhaps not a fair review

Mod lasted less than a week. After discussion with manager, I was sent a Legend 2 mid in its place as I was not too impressed with the mod lasting that short a time. Very happy with Liberty service in rectifying the situation, and have bought more items since.

Problematic

I actually got two first a black that was a total disaster and a stainless as a replacement and it's very inconsistent, sometimes hits very hard and sometimes failes to fire at all.
This surprises me,I have 2 v2 and 2 v3 and they have always worked flawlessly
